Each private suite offers a private bathroom (some with walk-in showers), ceiling fan, individually-controlled AC/heating and is cable and phone ready. Suites can be rented fully furnished, or families may choose to bring their own furnishings.

Extra care has been taken in the design and architectural phase of creating Avana homes to ensure that each suite is bathed in natural light, there is ample space for mobility around furnishings, hallways are short and extra wide and communal space is open, airy and cheerful.
